Customer Service Rocks!
I recently took delivery of two bikes; an Interceptor for me and a red Cruiser for my wife. My wife’s Ruby Red Cruiser had a very small chip on the bottome of the frame. No big deal but somewhat disappointing on her new bike. We call and spoke to Ashley in the customer service department. She was really disturbed by this and quickly sent to me a bottle of touch-up paint and a set of their new panier bags as an apology. I was really taken by her level of concern and Pedego’s resoloution to this problem, as I’m sure the chip was incurred via the shipping process and did leave the Pedego plant in perfect condition. Talk about over-exceeding my espectations! Thank you Pedego..and Ashely. You guys rock!
